1. Refund Eligibility:
– We offer refunds on products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
– Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Items:
– Customised or personalised products cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Return Process:
– To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
– Proof of defective products must be emailed to the company.
– Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping:
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
– The company reserves the right to decide if a product is indeed damaged.

5. Refund Processing:
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
– All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s bank account.
– Shipping is not eligible for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:
– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
– Photos or other evidence of the damage may be required to process your refund or replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy:
– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
– Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Important Shipping Notes:

– If there is visible damage to a box and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, DO NOT SIGN for the item and refuse the delivery. If you notice there is damage to the shipping box but are not sure if the products inside are okay, sign for the package and make note of the packaging damage on the slip.
– Do not accept delivery without documenting the details of the damage on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
– You must submit photographs of damage found on any shipping box and/or damage to products immediately to Custom Econotop Canopies and Trailers Pty Ltd.
– Please immediately take inventory of all hardware to ensure that there are no missing parts.
